Snapshot Repositories

Hi All,

Wondering if there was a best-practices/recommendations with Snapshot Repositories. The new feature of searchable snapshots is very intriguing for my use case, and I am currently exploring it.

I will be purchasing new hardware to accommodate for this, and it will be connected to our cluster via a 10GBe link. Is a NAS ok? or is something else recommended?

Given a lot of people would be storing things in S3 (or equivalent), I think what you're suggesting would be ok.
