SQL Server 2012 with Elastic Search 2.2

Anyone has instructions integrating SQL Server data to Elastic Search.

Please share step by step instructions for integration from SQL Server to Elastic Search

I have tried river plugin ( did not work)
Tried to follow the instructions from the link (http://r2d2.cc/2015/08/05/elastic-search-on-windows-with-mysql-sql-server-2014-and-import-feeder/).

Stuck on STEP 7
7. Open Powershell and run Feeder from a command line:

GETTING an error like

Error: Could not find or load main class org.xbib.tools.Runner

You can try to create a BAT file like here

but as I do not know Windows, I can not assist.
