Stack monitoring page not loading

Hi,
Metricbeat beat installed in elasticsearch master nodes and enable the modules for elasticsearch but when opening the stack monitoring page it's not loading cluster info, Please help me out.

Is this still happening? What do the Metricbeat logs show? What version of things are you on?

Yes, we are using 7.9 version
