Standard Cloud Deployment unresponsive +12h

Hi, thanks for any early response,
I have been running a small deployment for almost a year. Yesterday I activated sending the internal logs and metrics to the same deployment, and during the last 12h any attempt on stoping the logs, resize, or even restart the deployment ultimately fails.
8 hours ago I recivied an email from elatic "We restarted a node in your cluster after it ran out of memory" but the restart never worked.
