Strigo workstation freeze

Hello guys,

I've started an ECE FUndamentals Course, but after I finished the 1st Lab, my workstation on Strigo gets stuck on "Preparing Your Workstation..." I've lost a couple minutes waiting for that, but I can't proceed with the Labs.

Could you help me please?

Hi,
it is hard for us to debug the problem with not enough information. Maybe you could share the lab address so we can take a look (PM). I believe this might be a Strigo service problem which is an inconvenience, but should be restored at some point. Disabling ad blockers or trying from an incognito browser sometimes help. Let us know if you managed to make it work.
