Hello!
I've been using Swiftype on my websites for a while, and it's been working fine until 1 month ago or so.
All of a sudden, my websites stopped being crawled, meaning new content is not showing up on my search anymore, just like deleted content won't go away.
I reached out to Support and they insist that both my sitemap.xml and robots.txt files are not reachable on their end, even though they definitely exist on my server and their content is accessible when I visit their URLs on my browser.
Has anyone seen this happen before? Any ideas would be appreciated.
