Hi,
I'm looking for a Syslog and SNMP Trap forwarder, which will receive Syslog and SNMP trap messages from embedded devices, and send the traffic encrypted, to a Broker - but without needing Java / JVM (which rules out Logstash).
This needs to run on Windows Server 2012 / Windows 7 upwards.
From what I can see, Logstash-forwarder and the rest can only read from local files, or STDIN. They can't receive traffic on Syslog and SNMP trap ports.
Ideally, the solution could also Tee (copy) incoming Syslog and SNMP Trap streams to other, local Syslog servers and SNMP stations.
What would you suggest please?
