Task 7.4 – "Convert to fully-mounted index" option disabled (Enterprise license required?)

Question: Hi,

I'm currently working on Task 7.4 of the Elasticsearch Engineer (On-Demand) course, which involves creating searchable snapshots. I'm making sure to use Kibana2, as required.

However, when I try to edit the ILM policy, the option "Convert to fully-mounted index" is disabled, and a warning appears stating that an Enterprise license is required.

Shouldn’t the necessary license be available in this lab environment in order to complete the exercise?

Hi,

I managed to request a 30-day trial of the Enterprise license, and now I can proceed with the exercise.
