Terms Facet broken in 0.9RC1. Reproduceable example attached

0.9 fails to count missing values when faceting on a numeric field. If some
records are missing the value, they will not be accounted for in facet's
"missing" field. faceting on string field seems to work fine
It worked fine in 0.2.x
