(Kazuhide Ota) #1

Hi, I'm Kazuhide Ota.
Today, I encoutered the trouble on Elasticsearch ver5.0(Beta)...

I succeeded in registration of index, "psaux".
However, when I try to register series of data, console displayed the following error...

$ curl -X PUT http://localhost:9200/psaux/_bulk --data-binary @psaux_201608241130-201608241133.json

Why do I failed?

Have a look at https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/19834
You need to add -H "Expect:" to the curl call.

Thanks!
I resolved the problem!

They should put a small note in the tutorial regarding this, as the steps provided do not address this issue.

This is something they have fixed, this is a beta after all :slight_smile:
