Timelion Graph-CPU Graph

Hi
I am new to APM and trying to put my first graph with timelion.Based on the tutorial, i entered the below parameters to generate the percentage of cpu
.es(index=apm-*, timefield='@timestamp', metric='avg:system.cpu.user.pct')
However the output do not have any values.Please let me know if any parameters needs to be added.

Do you have documents in any indices that start with apm-?
