Transaction trace incomplete

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version: deb

Fresh install or upgraded from other version? fresh

I'm currently testing APM on the trial version (so I can validate the tools before subscribing to a paid plan) and APM doesn't show a complete trace for transactions. As you can see on the screenshot, most the request time is missing a trace details. For instance, on this trace I was supposed to get Redis calls, GraphQL server resolutions, etc etc, but well, most of them are missing.

What's happening here?

We're not supporting these technologies yet. See Supported technologies | APM PHP Agent Reference [1.x] | Elastic for what's currently supported.

Redis and GraphQL is currently not on our short-term roadmap. But thanks for the feedback. We will take that into account for our prioritization decisions.

The solution is not advanced enough for us at the moment, but we'll check it out again in the future
