Transport Client and closed node

Hi,
I'm using transport client to connect to ES cluster, when I'm creating the transport client I'm passing list of nodes of the cluster and also set sniff to true, but if during run-time of that transport client one of the nodes from the list is closed / dead, we see next exception every few seconds and problematic node is not removed from the nodes list :

The question, why problematic node is not removed from the transport client ?
