I am following the documentation on this webpage: Install Elasticsearch with .zip on Windows | Elasticsearch Guide [8.2] | Elastic. Essentially, when I run bin\elasticsearch-create-enrollment-token -s node while having Elasticsearch running in another tab in the PowerShell, I get this error: ERROR: Failed to determine the health of the cluster. Unexpected http status [403].
