Unable to create account for E;astic Cloud Managed Services on Microsoft Azure

We are trying to create an Account for Elastic Cloud Managed Services on Azure.
The Create Account option redirects us to the Elastic.co site.
How do we create an Elastic Cloud Managed Service instance on Azure Cloud? DO we need to have an account with Elastic.co in place prior to creating the subscription in Azure?

Hey @pavank Yes you would also need to have a Elastic.co account as outlined in the below guide
