Unable to increase size of cluster 8a81b6

Cluster 8a81b6 is hitting memory pressure, I am trying to increase the cluster size but it will not take the new size of 2GB memory. There is no error message, the progress bar moves over to the right but does not apply.

Could someone help increase the size of cluster 8a81b68bd5505bcd522dc7e03d1d38c3 to 2GB?
