Unable to install Elastic Search on Windows

Hi there,
I am in the need to create elastic search server to save my UiPath robots logs. I followed below installation guide from UiPath https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/v2018.2/docs/prerequisites-for-installation#section-installing-elasticsearch
But port 9200 is not reachable.

Can some one share any reference guide to install elastic search on windows plz.
