Unable to install the logstash 6.6.2

Hi Team

I have logstash 6.6.2 version but when i ran the services getting "Logstash stopped processing because of an error:(Load Error) unsupported platform:x86_64-windows"

Kindly confirm the logstash 6.6.2 it supports 64 bit in windows 10. I ran logstash-7.2.0 getting the
"no modules loaded"

Grateful if any one could share the instruction guide for this.
