Unable to push Logs on logstash to elasticsearch

hi Team,

We are unable to push the data from logstash to Elasticsearch, getting below errors on debug:

failed action with response of 404, dropping action: ["index", {:_id=>nil, :_index=>"logstash-2017.05.19", :_type=>"Log", :_routing=>nil}, #<LogStash::Event:0x619f0d22 @metadata_accessors=#<LogStash::Util::Accessors:0x678fd980 @store={"retry_count"=>0}, @lut={}>, @cancelled=false,

and logstash is creating special process as well, PFB,
