Unable to restore security index from snapshot

Hi,

Cluster ID: 7e8634

There are two red indices on our cluster: .security and .watches, but when I try to restore them I get this error message:

cannot restore index [.security] because it's open

If I try to close it it will tell me the elastic user is not authorised.
What can I do to restore them or fix them so they are not red anymore?

P.S. Sorry if it's in the wrong category, Elastic Cloud seems to be locked and I don't really know where it would fit.
