Unable to view the newly configured filebeat serer logs on kibana console

Have installed the filebeat on windows server and able to see a successful logs but, i cant view the logs on kibana console ( linux VM)

Have verified the connection for windows to linux vm the port is opened able to do a telnet.

Any suggestions ??
