Unassigned shards of replica

I apologize to my bad English . I am a noob in Elasticsearch. I have two problems of Elasticsearch.

As above, I have so many unassigned shard of replicas. How can I assign to node?

All data of nodes are store in NAS.
Once time,I restarted all nodes and running well. But I forgot to mount the NAS to nodes, after long time I mounted and restarted nodes. There are so many data on the node server . How can I move to NAS to complete my data ?
