Uniform distribution shards?

Today,i add a node into a running cluster,and all shards be assigned to the new node after create new index.I have a lot of shards already,so reblance shards need a long time?

Can i use some config to make the new shards evenly distributed on all nodes?

Balancing happens automatically and should be even.
