Update 6.4.0 Elasticsearch fails to start

Hey guys,
after the update to 6.4.0 the elasticsearch will not start... because: Could not load plugin descriptor for plugin directory [x-pack]

Question: in 6.4 is x-pack automaticly installed or? do we need to do further more?
