Update documentation for writing plugin

Hi,

is that any (up to date) documentation that I can refer for writing ES 5.0 plugin ?

I looking into the source code, but still not quite understand, and that is not much information can find on Internet.

hm.. I need something related to field mapper, builder etc instead.

some how look into the ES source and lack full comments.
