Actually i've running a graylog with ES 0.20.6 but i need to update the
Graylog, so the ES must be updated too.
I need to Update an ES 0.20.6 to 0.90.3. How can i do this with keep the
old Data?

elasticsearch 0.90.x (Lucene 4) can read indices created with elasticsearch
0.20.x (Lucene 3) with no issues.
You might have other issues (making sure every node in the cluster is
running the same version), but the data should be fine as is.
Cheers,
Ivan
