Upgrade from 8.3 to 8.13 in a dockerized environment

Hi there,

Is there any restricted path between minor version upgrades to go from 8.3 to 8.13 per minor versions or can i upgrade my stack from 8.3 to 8.13 in one step? I did not find any documentation which mentions this or the opposite so I'd like to make sure I won't destroy my stack.

You can upgrade from any official 8.x release to any later 8.x release.

This means you can upgrade directly from 8.3 to 8.13.
