Upload report pdf from watcher action

I'm trying to upload a report pdf file through HTTP POST/PUT to a web service, but I'm unable to find any examples.
I've successfully emailed report pdfs as attachments but I need HTTP integration as well.
Is this supported by the webhook action? is there any way to achieve this?

Hey,

The integration with reporting currently only works with the email reporting attachment, but not with the HTTP input, as there is some polling involved in the background, which a HTTP input cannot do.
