Using the same instance of ES for different Gitlab instances

I am a bit new to this technology but I was wondering if I could use the same ES instance for two different Gitlab environments. Let's say that we have a Gitlab for dev and a Gitlab for prod. Is there any way we can use the same ES instance for both of them?

Hi @botergios,

from what I see from their docs, it may be possible but it depends how they use Elasticsearch. You'll probably get better answers by the Gitlab project and may want to try it there.
