Verbosity

I am wondering where I can find more information regarding verbosity.

http://logstash.net/docs/1.4.2/flags

I see there are two options: --verbose and --debug. It seems there's a
"first" level and "last" level. It doesn't describe it any further,
particularly

  • Are there more than 2 levels?
  • What level shows what? In my logs I see there are :level => :error and
    :level => :warn. Does this map to --verbose and --debug in some way?

I am not sure where I read more about verbosity.
