Visual Builder : Passing $1 parameters

Is it possible to have a $1 parameter being used/parsed to the Panel Filter / Panel option to pass over filters from one table to another?

We need something flexible to pass filters so like setting a $1 or $myfilter. We need to avoid creating massive amount of dashboards or visuals.
