I want to send the task manager data to kibana through beats, does event viewer record this data or task manager creates some log.
Actually i wanted to know the CPU usage of application of startup events or which are the application which took maximum time to bootup.
Have a look at Metricbeat. Between the windows module and the standard system module it should collect all the metrics you need.
If you need Windows logs, also consider Winlogbeat.
