Well, seems I explained not correctly.
My watcher send to me notification - it is clear and right cause watcher doesnt see any hits total (as we can see in execution output taken from history of a watcher). So condition is mat and action is done.
But it should not send me notification cause stats are presented in Kibana (I checked all dashboards/visualizations etc) + Watcher in Dev tools or in simulate see stats.
That's why I asked a help: why watcher by itself doesn't see stats at all, but in simulation mode and in Dev tool the same query, for the same time period, find stats.
