Watcher email configuration postfix 7.5

Hi, I was using this configuration in elasticsearch.yml for the email, but a friend told me that I was suposed to use the local postfix for the email, currently is pointing to the relay.

xpack.notification.email.account:
   mail1:
    profile: standard
    smtp.host: 172.21.0.321
    smtp.port: 25
    smtp.auth: false
    smtp.starttls.enable: false

so to change to postfix I just have to change the smtp.host to 127.0.0.1?
or there is another seeting that I must change to use postfix?
