We are setting up 3 node Elasticsearch cluster using 7.17, while configuring the cluster we are getting this error message:
master not discovered yet, this node has not previously joined a bootstrapped (v7+) cluster, and this node must discover master-eligible nodes [FQDN] to bootstrap a cluster: have discovered [{hostname}{wm375WvbT0y-Ck1m6sMT_A}{VjdyrWPaS-qnUlEq6kcEKg}{IP}{IP :9300}{cdfhilmrstw}]; discovery will continue using [Node 2 IP :9300, Node 3 IP :9300] from hosts providers and [{Hostname}

Any suggestion what might be the issue ?

Hi @ak9234 ,

did you follow the guide here, in particular did you setup initial_master_nodes for the initial bootstrap of the cluster?

Thanks Henning Anderson. we gone through the document and found out the problem. Now our problem is resolved.
