We have a backup data (copy of data folder) from one of ES 2.4.1 instance that we copy in other machines and start ES 2.4.1 instances pointing to that. The data (backup) has couple of indices and aliases. The ES coming up in the machines show indices and data properly but miss out on some aliases.
Just opening the _state file of the indices which have missing aliases shows the data w.r.t. those aliases are present. Any inputs on why this happens?
