What causes JVMMemoryPressure to be high

I am currently having a high JVMMemoryPressure, averaging at 92%. Because of this, I cannot push any data on my ElasticSearch cluster.

How many nodes do you have in the cluster? How much heap? How much data do you have in the cluster? How many indices and shards? Which version of Elasticsearch are you using?
