What decides Kibana Visualization time_zone?

My Kibana Dashboard Table Visualization defaults the date_histogram.time_zone to UTC, and I'm not sure what decides this. I need it to be UTC+2 or Europe/Oslo.

My other spaces that uses ECS defaults everything to Europe/Oslo, but my OTel space defaults to UTC. All spaces have Europe/Oslo as Time zone space setting.

My OTel space uses the *-generic.otel-* indices if that is relevant.

Any thoughts on how to default/set my Dashboard Visualizations in my OTel space to UTC+2 ?
