Elastic has nothing to do with implementing Zero Trust, what it can is to ingest logs from some ZTNE tools like Zscaler and NetSkope to provide you with some insight about your network.

It explains what is zero trust and what Elastic can do, specially in this part.

Mostly Elastic allows you to gather data (logs and metrics) from your environment and take action with this data, but if you are talking about a tool that would implement secure networks, then you need to have something like ZScaler or NetSkope.
