Where does Deprecated field [inline] used, expected [source] instead come from?

Hi running 6.1.2, I see a bunch of these messages in my coordinator nodes only. I don't see what process is causing this...

I have free monitoring enabled, I have some logstash pipelines filebeat -> kafka -> logstash -> direct data node.

Not doing anything in particular... Maybe doing some re-indexing from remote 5.6.4 nodes?
