Where or How to get Docker 1.11

I am trying to install Elastic Cloud Enterprise on Ubuntu Server 16.04 and understand that ECE runs on Docker 1.11.

Based on the instructions from the Docker documentation to set up a registry, it looks like 1.11 is no longer in the registry list.

How or where can get I get Docker 1.11 to install ECE?
