Why there are always a couple of exceptions on the master instance in the beginning of starting elasticsearch

I setup a elasticsearch cluster with 3 instances(nodes), it works well so far. But each time when I starting the cluster, I can always see a couple of exceptions in the master elasticsearch instance, although the cluster status changes from YELLOW to GREEN later.
