Will "cluster.routing.allocation.same_shard.hos" effect the shard relocate?

Hi guys,

I'm a little confused with this setting. From the docs, it could do some extra works if we set up more than one instance in the same host. But, if the cluster is doing shard relocate now, will the relocate use this settings too ?
