Will there be any data loss when the disk reached its 90% watermark?

HI,

I am using elastic stack of version 7.11 with x- pack installed

I using filebeat to ingest the data into the elastic, but my disk is reached to 90% which is the watermark i configured.

All i want to know is ? if i scale up disk after 2 days does filebeat reads from the last reading postion or all the last 2 days data will be lost ?
