Windows: reload filter during runtime?

Hi,

I am starting logstash.bat with -f parameter on commandline.
During development of new filters I often need to restart logstash because I changed filter condiguration.

Is there a way to reload the configuration on runtime to save time for startup logstash?

thanks, automatic reloading with -r works.
