World-writeable permission

Hi, I have found world-writeable permission (777) on the following directory and after:
/usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.3.0/gems/snmp-1.3.1/*

My question is that does Logstash require such permission? The affected path also consists of ruby scripts and YAML files.
e.g.

  • /usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.3.0/gems/snmp-1.3.1/examples/datetime.rb
  • /usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.3.0/gems/snmp-1.3.1/data/ruby/snmp/mibs/MPLS-LDP-ATM-STD-MIB.yaml
