About usage of List of Values (LOV) and elastic API

I notice that you describe in a web page static lists of values, such as Unit quantities, distance Units, Time Units, Byte size Units, Fuzziness values, etc.

Is it possible to interrogate, to take knowledge, of these lists of values dynamically. Via your elastic API can w take knowledge of these list of values (LOV) via href properties or an other mechanism ?
