Access denied error message for mail IDs

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to send a mail from a watcher alert to my personal mail iD but it gives the following error :

"type": "s_m_t_p_address_failed_exception",
              "reason": "554 5.7.1 <mypersonal@mailid>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied

Can someone please advise?

This looks like a response from the mail server that you are using to send mails to from watcher. Maybe you are not authenticated on that mail server - make sure you can send emails via this mailserver first, and then retry with watcher.
