Additional tags while indexing local files using fscrawler

Hi

I want to add additional tag while indexing local files using fscrawler.
Using rest API Additional tags we can achieve above requirement but while indexing local file,can we archive this functionality.

It's not possible today so I'd open a feature request.
But I'm curious on how to implement this.

Should we have a file named "filename.fscrawler.json" which contains whatever json content we should merge with the generated json? Should it be a static setting that applies to every file?

If static, you can always create an ingest pipeline in elasticsearch and use it in FSCrawler.

Happy to hear more about your use case.
