After Upgrade ES I cannot restart ES service

I cannot start my service
I get stuck here,

now my ES version Elasticsearch 2.3.2
before Elasticsearch 2.3.1

You need to look into the log file (e.g. /var/log/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.log).
In addition, check if you need to remove and re-install elasticsearch plugins.
